Dear Fellow Fathers,

I hope you are able to join us at the Monthly Meeting this Friday, December 5th at 8:00 pm at the Center (208 West 13th Street). Please feel free to suggest a topic.

Also, fellow father Richard has been involved in establishing a legal assistance program for LGBTQ residents of New Jersey. Details below…

The New Jersey LGBTQ Pro Bono Legal Assistance Project at Rutgers School of Law-Newark provides a safe space for low-income members of the local LGBTQ community to seek help with their legal problems involving family, housing, immigration, name changes and employment law. The Project is staffed by volunteer attorneys who are available to provide general guidance and legal referrals, but not legal representation. Law students observe and assist. Each visitor has a 15-20 minute consultation with the volunteer attorney/law student team. Consultations are held at the law school on the third Wednesday of every month.
